Digital Product Policy

All products available on Prompt Angel are digital downloads delivered electronically. As such, no physical items will be shipped.

Due to the intangible nature of digital goods, all sales are final. Once a prompt pack PDF has been purchased and the download link delivered, we are unable to offer cancellations, refunds, or exchanges.

Non-Refundable Items

As per industry standards for digital content, the following conditions apply:

  • We do not offer refunds for change of mind or mistaken purchases.

  • We do not offer exchanges for alternative products once the file has been accessed or downloaded.

  • Refunds will not be issued for compatibility issues unless the product fails to function as described and we are unable to resolve the issue.
